To well develop the wireless broadband access related products, AWB have been recruited the outstanding experienced software and hardware developing engineer teams in this fields. AWB R&D combines the strength of the software and hardware expertise to provide the advanced products developing for WiMAX related system products. Most importantly, AWB has in-house RF team to provide the strong RF design in the different wireless application requirement. The RF design team is lead by Mr. John Fu, who has more than 16 years working experience in RF field,. The goal of the RF team is to design a out performance radio products.
Beyond these Software & Hardware design and developing groups, AWB has a strong Test Group is responsible to conduct sophisticated test to ensure the design quality. In addition, the program management group is also under R&D division authorization to ensure that efficient project management will be conducted seamless between Product marketing and R&D team.

AWD R&D division has two locations, Shanghai, China and SBIP, Hsinchu , Taiwan. Both locations are full with the capable outstanding software and hardware teams to ensure the design quality. The R&D Team in Hsinchu is lead by John Fu with more than 16 years working expertise in RF field and Shanghai team is led by Stanley Wang with more than 30 years working experience in both hardware and chipset design.
